GoogleVery helpful and friendly agents. Had a virtual viewing recently, Very positive and surprisingly thorough way to view a house if you are unable to travel. Particularly Maddy, who couldn’t have been more helpful with the viewing and after communications. Very professional and friendly with it. Would definitely recommend.

We are early on in our moving journey but so far we are very happy with the service we have received from Minors and Brady. We were very happy with our valuation process and the photos taken. M&B were quick to get out property on the market. We have had a lot of contact with Connor, Hannah and Ollie and they have all been very friendly, helpful and informative.

Minors and Brady have been brilliant throughout our house search and have really helped move the process along so we could get into our dream house as soon as possible. Jess (sales progressor) has been particularly amazing throughout, any question or query myself or my partner have had, she has been on hand to answer promptly. She has called regularly to check in that everything is okay with us and that we’re happy with the advancement of the move.

From reading the reviews here we decided to use Minors and Brady as all sounded fantastic.The experience we had, left a lot to be desired.In the early stages we asked for information and each time it didn’t come, until it had been chased 3 or 4 times.When our house details were put together and the listing drafted, it was inaccurate and deceiving, for example listing our garden as peaceful and serene - when it was next to the busiest road in and out of north Norfolk.No mention of its greatest selling point - no chain - took four days to get that change made.I feel like I pretty much wrote the description of our home - because whoever wrote the original a) hadn’t been to our house or b) looked at the pictures.We were also at one point sent pictures of someone else’s house in support of giving us an update to our particulars. Numerous times they would call me and leave me messages AFTER my telling them that I couldn’t answer my phone at work, but my husband could, causing long delays to any return calls we were fortunate to receive. Had to email every person I’d made contact with until that point to get that on the system.We did all the viewings on our house… after the initial ‘sales’ visit which was insisted on being at our home… no one else from the office ever came! Only a photographer to take some pictures (which were good and the lady was lovely). During the Christmas period we were asked if we wanted to drop the price listed of our house to attract more viewings, I said yes to list at £220k and was abundantly clear that we would accept less if need be, £200k BARE minimum for a cash buyer who could meet our less than 12 week turnaround required…..but that was only for THEIR knowledge, no one else’s. Come Boxing Day, how much was our house listed for, yes, you’ve guessed it £200k!!! Which of course meant a surge of viewings. I called to correct the error on their part, and was advised that they’d listed in the small print ‘offers between £200-£220k’ and that would be best!!Of course no one was ever going to offer £220k on a house that was listed in search engines as £200k?!We were asked by email on multiple occasions to leave a 5* review - before the house had even sold!!I would send emails and be chased for the info 3 days later, where they would then magically find it.Once we had accepted an offer on our home, unbeknownst to us, without being told had switched to the ‘Aftersales’ team to a lady called Nagilla who give her her due, was the most helpful and reliable of anyone in the whole process. On the whole, having moved house over 10 times in my lifetime, this is the most disappointing service I’ve received by quite some margin.I wouldn’t recommend Minors and Brady and I’m disappointed that after talking of my disappointment to 3 different people at the beginning middle and end of the process, no one’s ever bothered to call us and follow up.Therefore you leave me no choice but to share our experience. Bar Nagilla’s efforts at the end, we don’t really know what we paid you for. We begrudge nearly every penny.
