My main dealings were with Claire and she was absolutely brilliant, weekly updates, constantly staying in touch and a very welcoming presence. A card and a bottle was a very welcome surprise upon collecting the keys. I’d also like to give Chris and Joe a mention, Joe showed us round the property and was great, Chris dealt with the initial proceedings with our purchase and was again very responsive to our queries, welcoming and professional!

I had Hannah show me around the property, she was very informative, had a good knowledge of the area and happy to answer any questions I had. After placing an offer and being accepted I was contacted by Macey. She told me every bit of information I needed to know and would answer any queries I had no matter the time of day.All in all a very nice experience so far and look forward to dealing with whoever from Minors & Brady for the next steps.

GoogleSarah's supported us brilliantly throughout the process of selling our property. We've found her really helpful, particular in terms of being efficient and prompt in keeping us up-to-date as it progressed. Sarah's also helped with arranging site visits from engineers and builders, seeing we are both away from the property currently. She's also helped us with finding experts in the local area. Her eye's on the ground have been so handy for us both, we couldn't have done without her support. Finally, we highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone who's looking for an agent, 5 Stars all the way! Tracey and Leigh.

What can we say. The sales team were efficient and professional producing a great sales brochure and everything leading up to the sale. Thereafter we were looked after by the after sales team, Rosie who to be honest probably did more than all of the solicitors put together.To have someone you just knew was on it was such a comfort and whilst very professional was also a delight to work with, almost like a good friend as opposed the business connection.She worked so hard and got all parties talking and along the way had to put up with alot of stress, but did it with a smile and an incredible sense of humour. So good to be able to interact with a human and someone you just know you could rely on.Rosie, you did an incredible job and we will never forget that, top of the table!!Thank you so much.

We recently viewed a house and had our offer accepted. Hannah Graver couldn't have been any more accommodating. She was so friendly and helpful. She had taken note of our questions and got back to us with answers promptly. Nothing was a problem and she reminded us that absolutely anything we needed, be it extra viewings or any more information about the house, just to call her and she would sort it all. She is a star!

I called first thing on Monday morning to get an appointment to view a property to rent. After being asked some questions, including information about our earnings (usually asked during the application process) I was told that they will contact the landlord to see if they can get me an appointment for a viewing.By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called them again to ask. I was again told they have to speak to the landlord.The following morning resulted in no contact so I called them once again. After being passed to another person (probably to give themselves time to pull out their list of excuses) I was told that the property has now gone; apparently a let was agreed the previous afternoon.This is one of a number of estate agents that have failed to help us. Our current situation has meant we need to find another place to live, and pretty soon; however the lack of communication and/or sheer incompetence is making this process exhausting, disappointing and downright irritating.

Sophie Wright showed us round a property, this was our 3rd viewing in the area, but first one with Minors and Brady. She was incredibly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Made the viewing stress free and easy, and she was happy to answer any questions and gave us a lot of information about the sellers position which is really helpful going forward as a buyer. We have received such good service from day one of putting our house on the market with Minors and Brady. All the team members have been exceptional. From the initial pricing by Karol great guidance in pricing with time to discuss and allow input from us. Megan and Magenta who carried out the viewings, excellent with the clientel viewing and made the whole experience much less stressful. Sam and Abi who we have had discussion with on the telephone have all been so helpful. Abi's negotiating skills were amazing! Nothing has been too much trouble whatever our query. Would highly recommend this company.
