15/4/24I viewed 2 properties today in Hethersett. I was met by James Hodgson in Buckenham Rd for my 1st viewing. James talked me through the living areas and listened to what I was looking for. James answered questions regarding the heating, rear entrance, and that the shed would be staying. I was interested around changing the garage into living accommodation. James showed me the space inside the garage, and that he had seen similar properties where the owners had done this. My 2nd viewing was New Road. I didn't realise this property was the same as my 1st viewing. However James pointed out the differences, especially where part of the garage has been added as a dining area.

Sarah's supported us brilliantly throughout the process of selling our property. We've found her really helpful, particular in terms of being efficient and prompt in keeping us up-to-date as it progressed. Sarah's also helped with arranging site visits from engineers and builders, seeing we are both away from the property currently. She's also helped us with finding experts in the local area. Her eye's on the ground have been so handy for us both, we couldn't have done without her support.Finally, we highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone who's looking for an agent, 5 Stars all the way!Tracey and Leigh.

GoogleMinors and Brady were the tops as they were 100% there every step of the way when purchasing our home. We travelled down from reasonable distance to view on more than one occasion and they accommodated us every time being punctual, freindly and helpful and anything we asked if they did not have the information there and then they bent over backwards to find out as quickly as possible. Thanks goes in particular to Bradley for his professionalism when viewing. Hats off to you all and have great Christmas Steve and Tina Lowth

The whole process with M & B has been smooth and efficient. From the intial house viewing to being in a bidding war to exchanging. Jess in the aftersales team has been amazing. Our vendors were not great at responding but Jess continued to chase them to get the answers and to push the purchase along. Without her tenacity and persistence the process would have taken much longer. We cannot recommend purchasing through M & B and we have been impressed with the whole process.

Today we have had a view appointment with Joe S from Minor & Brandy.He wait for us outside with a warm and friendly welcome.I thought this is a good start. While we walk thorough every single room he told us everything what we should know about the property special about who lived there, about the area and etc. Further more he answeard every single question professionally. We were very satisfied with the all viewing process that he represents for us.We well informed about the property. Highly recommend.

Our home took a year to sell, they do not all sell in the first couple of weeks. Minors & Brady were the third agent we used to advertise our property, so I was quite sceptical whether they could do what the other agents we used, could not. Thankfully though, this special team of agents sold our house where others had failed.Everyone at M&B has been so helpful and special mention must go to Connie, whose performance with regard to our sale, has been exemplary.We will not use Minors & Brady again, as this is our seventh move and we do not intend to repeat this process, as we are now well into our sixties.However, should any of our family or friends decide to sell their property, then we would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Minors & Brady.Thanks everybody, Grand JobRod & Jo Plumb
