Landlord Experience Find the right tenant and going through the letting process is not easy. This is my second time of letting my property with Minors and Brady and all staff have been helpful and informative. Dealing with issues following a check out has been very stressful and even though I did not have a full management contract they have been extremely helpful. I would especially mention Samuel Carpenter whose support, advise and help has been invaluable

The sale itself was not always straightforward but a good standard of professionalism was maintained throughout and they were very accommodating with arranging access when requested, which was important to us as we do not live in the area. GoogleRecently viewed a property for the second time - Maddy from Minors attended. Maddy was not only polite, professional and patient but was also able to answer all of our questions. Further, I have found that communications with the Minors office to also be of a high standard.
