Avoid this company like the plague! I went for a viewing of a bungalow and when the young man turned up he could not answer a single question put to him.He then left with his notes on a promise I would get a phone call but guess what ? Nothing.I called the office the next week to be told my offer I put in was not good enough and promised I would get a return call to answer all my questions.Yet again I had no response at all.I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell there house through Minors and Brady as they don't do what's necessary to answer questions put to them or just can not be bothered.Avoid Avoid Avoid disgraceful company.

Minors & Brady were great. They marketed the property well and secured a buyer in no time. Casandra Creak looked after us then through to completion. She kept us fully updated and was proactive in keeping the chain moving. She was professional at all times and a good communicator. I suspect it would have been a much more stressful experience without her help and assistance. Would highly recommend.
