I had Joe showing me and my wife around, he was very informative, no pressure on time, also we found out we both had girls the same age as we had a casual chat before ending the vewing.He recommended me the nearby school in which he sends his daughter which he recommended that we have a look around after the viewing, and we pretty much had a good all around experience.

From start to finish, Minors & Brady have been exceptional. Viewings, they went above and beyond (I left my bag in the property and Magenta very kindly drove all the way back to retrieve it with no complaint) and after sales are on the ball. Unlike their competitors, who I used to sell my house, this has been a smooth, fast and positive experience. Plus I’m buying an absolute dream home. Thank you everyone.

Viewed a house on Friday said I wanted to do a second viewing with my daughter. I was told someone would contact me Saturday. I filled in the their survey about the house saying the above. Never got a call, I rang Monday only to be told they had SSTC that morning. Not very good service on their behalf feel sorry for the person they are selling this house for as I would have put in an offer for it. I’m a cash buyer. There lose

GoogleI am struggling to comprehend all the brilliant 5* reviews as our experience with M&B was far from excellent. Considering we were first time buyers, getting the keys to our property took 6 months and went right down to the wire before our mortgage offer was due to expire. The main issues experienced were - Started off on the wrong foot, the young man who done our first viewing knew nothing about the property when we asked questions and said he would find out and email - which never came. He then had to rush off from the viewing as he had finished work for the day. - Whenever we called to speak to aftersales, they were on the phone/busy (understandable) and promised to return the call ASAP. This return call never came and resulted in having to call back multiple times and wait on hold. - Asking them to contact sellers/solicitors seemed like too much effort and we were an inconvenience to their day - Lack of regular updates, even an email/call to say had nothing but I'm still working on it would have been appreciated rather than leaving us in the dark. - More phone etiquette required. Comes across quite rude when you are supposed to be providing a service. I would say Nagila who picked our purchase up, in the absence of the aftersales person who went on leave, was brilliant in dealing with our situation.

GoogleCassandra Creak at Minors & Brady was always there for me with a sunny disposition she kept my spirits up when conveyancing was problematic. Having not moved for eighteen years the experience of moving home has changed a lot, but nothing was too much trouble for her. Minors recommendation to instruct Foster’s solicitors was with the benefit of hindsight at times frustrating. In my opinion please don’t make the same mistake for future clients. Overall very happy with the marketing and more importantly after sales care. Well done Cass and Minors.
