I am 68 years old and have never had an unhappier experience than when I was a tenant with Minors and Brady, Wroxham - the letting agents. During our 2 year lease, with the exception of Luke, we were lied to, insulted, mis-informed and bullied by every member of staff we dealt with - and there were many! Unfortunately the rot starts from rhe top - when I tried to set up an appointment with one of the owners of the company I was fobbed off - just not interested. Apart from seriously impacting on our mental health, this experience has ensured that we will never, ever, rent again.
