From the very beginning we received a professional and reliable service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, whether it was arrangements for viewing the property or dealing with questions throughout the process. We had multiple viewings on our open house day, all viewers were contacted prior to the day and all arrived. We were kept updated regularly throughout the process, which in my experience hasn’t been the case with other estate agents. All the staff were friendly and approachable both on the phone and in the local office. A special thanks to Daniel Emery who provided a professional, friendly, and efficient service. It is clear he is committed to making the process of buying/selling a house as smooth as possible and we felt he really listened to our personal preferences and took this on board.
