TrustpilotJasmine 5 star experience
The Wroxham office as a whole have been great throughout my fraught purchase. However Jasmine deserves a special mention. She has been amazing at updating me throughout, with a professional, very pleasant manner through all the ups and downs in my life! A little humour definitely helps.

TrustpilotWe viewed a property through Minors & Brady Wroxham (Leah)
We viewed a property through the Wroxham branch and were shown round by Leah who I believe was fairly new in post. Leah was both friendly and professional, giving us the time and space to view properly.

TrustpilotGood viewing experience
Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

TrustpilotFriendly and helpful agent
James was very helpful showing us around the property and pointing important things out to us. It was nice to actually have someone show you around and talk to you as we have found a lot of agents just stand there and leave you to it these days.

GoogleWe have been looking for a new home on the Norfolk coast for 3 months now . And having dealings with many other estate agents .some not even returning calls or telling us they are really busy and will get back to us. It was terrific to deal with a company that we felt responded to us in
a professional manner. From the first phone call to our Veiwing with Tamsin .And then dealing with Bradley Stark .who dealt with negotiation through to having are offer excepted .kept us updated .Returning our calls and emails promptly in a very stress full time. Thank you Bradley and the team . If we ever need the services of an estate agent again .we would not hesitate to use Minor & Brady in Caister-on -sea.PositiveProfessionalism
