GoogleA big thank you to Mia, Charlie and rest of the team at the Caister-on-Sea Branch, for their professional service shown from marketing, to arranging viewings and agreeing a sale on our property/purchase, very helpful from the start. A very long process which started 5 months ago. We went on the market within 48 hours we had 8 viewings booked in and we sold within 8 days!!! Unfortunately our buyers lost their buyers, 8 weeks later we had even agreed an exchange date, in readiness to complete. It resulted in us going back on the market, we were so worried we would loose our purchase property, our dream home. Mia and Charlie reassured us we would sell again, and they would get it sorted. Wow did they within 24 hours 7 viewings, which resulted in 3 offers an agreed sale within 5 days amazing work!!! Didnt loose are purchase property and now we have completed settling into our new home. Thank you again team, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend. GoogleWe have had an offer accepted on a house we love, which wasn't initially available to view given that an offer had been accepted just days prior to my enquiry. As soon as it became available again, Bradley Stark called in the morning to let us know that we could view it and arranged for us to see the house that evening. We absolutely loved it and placed our offer. Fortunately the offer was accepted and we're one step closer to our very first house. Bradley has been very supportive, quick to respond to emails and calls, and it's just a shame that he won't be part of our aftercare team. GoogleI had to sell my mothers house after she went into a care home. Harriett who valued the property was really helpful and explained everything. The team at Caister did a great job and I accepted an offer within 3 days it going on the market. Covid restrictions made visiting the property during the sale process very difficult and, as I live 200 miles away, I relied heavily on Adam for updates and to keep things moving. The process took longer than anticipated but Adam was always available to answer queries and chase others in the chain when necessary. GoogleWe are in process of selling our property with Minors and Brady Estate Agents. I can honestly say that Minors and Brady are the best estate agents in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. We received an offer just 1 day after putting the property on the market. Mia Staff ,the lady which was doing the most of the viewings was totally amazing. We haven't seen an estate agent like her before, she was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We believe that we managed to achieve such a quick sale thanks to Mia who manage to create real buzz and excitement during the viewings. Also one of the other estate agents Jack who came to value the property was exceptional , he really took the time to explain everything and to create solid strategy so we could sale quickly. The brochure was prepared perfectly, Despina and the photographer prepared brilliant brochure and photos were really the best. As first time buyers we were unsure of the ins and outs of purchasing a property but Minors and Brady were very reassuring. From accompanied viewings where they answered all of our questions and brought up things we had not thought about. Once we had an offer accepted Sarah kept us informed throughout the process, out of all the various professions we dealt with Sarah was the quickest to respond to emails and kept us updated without being prompted. She also chased others on our behalf which was wonderful. We really felt looked after. We exchanged yesterday and couldn’t be happier. They have also been brilliant at updating me and arranging and facilitating viewings despite the current difficulties. Following the sale being agreed I was passed to Chloe who was lovely and brilliant.
