Looked at a period property yesterday. Lewis was 100%, the best person yet to show us round - he was clued up on details of the house and because of this level of detail, he pre-empted a number of our questions.He had obviously done his homework and retained the information he obtained from the owner. He was friendly and professional. A credit to your company .

GoogleNigella our aftersales contact was amazing, nothing was a problem for her no matter how many times I contacted her. I personally think that she worked her socks off. She always helped even on her week off she sent us a congratulations email this goes to show how nice she is. If you are lucky enough to get her you are in safe hands. If I could give her stars for just her work alone then it would be alot more than the 5 star that's on Google. I would also just like to say Ben was lovely as he also helped on our final 2 days as Nigella was on annual leave. Prompt response, and they were quite supportive in chasing up the required information as much as possible. The process was smooth and seamless.Particularly was Beth Linton, the lettings co-ordinator for the property - very courteous and kind.Compared to my previous agency, which had a non-empathetic process and pressured me to sign a contract without viewing the EPC documents, Minors & Brady was very transparent. I would recommend them any time!

Cassandra Creek from Minors and Brady, Wroxham was excellent in progressing my sale - my buyers reduced their offer by a vast amount, but Cass managed to reduce the price of my purchase by a lot of hard work, which was greatly appreciated - sale would have fallen through otherwise. Really great service from Minors and Brady, and Cassandra in particular.

Waited a week to view a house ,booked viewing then day before they cancelled it ,only to say we could view one night in the week in the dark ,as Adam is too busy.Really not impressed as we have just about sold our house and needed to make a decision on this property and a new build.

After locking myself out (clearly not the smartest cookie!) they went out of their way to retrieve a key that I left in the Caister office. Thanks to them I didn't need a locksmith.
