Sonya is an asset to any company. From the start of our tenancy through to the end she has been outstanding nothing was a problem. If I could have given more stars I would have. I would recommend Sonya to anyone who is looking for a home

TrustpilotThanks so much to Rosie in the after…
Thanks so much to Rosie in the after sales team who remotely held my hand throughout the selling process. She was always great with communication and worked so hard with quite a short completion deadline (imposed on by my seller).I was really happy with the listing photographs taken on my property (which is what drew me to choose M&B in the first place)Very happy overall!

TrustpilotProperty purchase
Just exchanged contracts after long involved process albeit a very short chain. Claire Wilson has been working hard all along to keep us in the picture and making sure our views were known throughout the chain, even though we (as buyers only) were making no financial contribution to Minors & Brady.

TrustpilotWroxham branch - Karol
We had the lovely Karol from the Wroxham branch visit us to provide an up to date evaluation of our property in Coltishall. We have done extensive work and development on our property, and we wanted to choose an estate agent with a stellar reputation and experience base to give us an accurate idea of our investment, and advise moving forwards inline with the current property market. From the moment he knocked on our door he was kind, courteous and professional. It is clear Minors and Brady value their hiring process to ensure they pick absolute gems to represent their company. His knowledge and persona gave me absolute confidence he would best represent our property, in the interests of reaching its full price potential. He came prepared with a file of similar properties in the area to support his expert advice, and made us feel very informed as a client. When we come to selling we will no doubt use Minors and Brady, and I will personally be requesting Karol to use his vibrant and knowledgeable character to represent our property.

Joe was on time for our viewing and provided an informative tour of the property. He was also able to answer a number of questions about the area, the current owners and the house itself, whereas other agents often say "call the office". Thanks Joe!

GoogleI have been dealing with Cassandra at Minors & Brady for a recent property purchase in the Norfolk area. The whole process has been really smooth from Offer submission to completion and key collection. Was nice to deal with the Team and in particular with Cass that really helped to keep the whole process together from the vendor and the solicitors involved. Would definitively like to work with them again in the near future.
