I feel they over priced my house, then within a few weeks I was told I should drop the price, then a few weeks later I was told I should drop the price again ( and each time it was because I'm missing out on the low price market of buyers) utter rubbish, they get there fee of £3600 no matter what they sell your house for, I felt bullied into knocking the price down, I waited for my contract of 5 months to be up and I couldn't wait to change my agent, avoid this company, they don't care as long as they get their high fee
