Cassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was an absolute star, from the moment the sale was agreed she was on the ball. The sale was not straight forward, and without Cassandra being as proactive as she was I think I may have gone mad. I received regular updates on the progress of the sale and she even stepped in when an issue occurred down the chain, and very quickly had all parties involved talking and the issue was resolved. *** AVOID AVOID AVOID *** If I could give a NO star review I would. Right from the beginning, literally, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. There is never any feedback & communication from them to us was zero; unless to confirm a viewing. Now I have pulled the plug, the manager, Dan, is trying his bullying tactics & threatening all sorts. He can try all he likes but he'll get bored before I do!! If, after all the errors that they've made, they expect to get a penny out of us, then they really are living in cuckoo land. I'd rather give the money to a charity. I gave them a chance & they failed MISERABLY on SEVEN separate occasions. Think SERIOUSLY before using this agent - there are so many better ones out there but we decided to give the underdogs the chance first. Sadly for them, it hasn't worked out but at least I now know that whoever gets our money, they'll have earnt it error free.

I am writing as a vendor who has recently instructed Minors and Brady Wroxham to sell our property. I cannot comment on the sales process since we have only been with them for 7 days. However the service we have received from Chris at the Wroxham branch has been excellent. He has a friendly yet professional and efficient approach to his work ensures that we have all the information and support that we need to market our property. He works with a great team and it would be unfair for me not to mention; the extremely talented photographer, Will; Laurel and Abi who both listen to our needs and have sent us timely and efficient correspondence; Dan and Adam, the videography team, who came last week and treated our house with the greatest respect whilst also being very interested in all the extra bits of information we passed on to them before making the video and the amiable and professional James, who showed a potential buyer around on Saturday. It was clear that he had done some research on our property and had read all the notes prior to meeting the potential buyers. He also wanted snippets of information about the house from us too. Everyone that I have met, spoken to or received emails from within the company has been happy in their work and provided a very comprehensive service. Cass was incredible with the after sales process. We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain.
