GoogleOverall I have been pleased with the staff at bycroft.. Professional.. Polite.. Until it came to given the deposit money back.. Excuses.. Stalling.. The latest.. the Lady dealing with the deposit (and it has been agreed the amount to return) is off today.. And its the Easter Bank hoilday tomorrow... So they can keep my deposit for another four days.. And no doubt when I call Next Tuesday. I will receive another excuse.. Shame..NegativeQuality

GoogleBycroft have just sold my bungalow for me and their service and attention to detail have been outstanding from start to finish. It's unusual nowadays to come across a friendly estate agent that you really feel is working for you. They stayed in contact with me throughout, regularly updating and advising. I have experience of estate agents in the Norwich area where I have a second property I am selling and my experience with them has sadly been very different. They never contact you regularly (even when that was a request when I signed with them), you deal with a wide range of staff within the branch so there is no continuity of service, and overall you feel unimportant. I would without hesitation use Bycroft again and would recommend them as a friendly and effective company to deal with.

GoogleMe and my partner tried to rent a house through Bycroft only to be messed about no end. We thought everything had finally been sorted and our deposit was paid, for them to then tell us that we couldn't have the house and firstly refused to give us any of our money back. We eventually got some of it back. Safe to say we won't be using them in the future!

The property details they produced were good and attracted a surprisingly large number of viewers at a time when the property market was slowing down. We were always kept informed at every stage of the sale. On this basis we cannot recommend them too highly.
