GoogleThe problems start when you move out. They tried to charge us £275 for cleaning although we left the house spotless. I took a lot of photos of the mould and state of the kitchen when we moved in and while living there we redecorated and even put in underfloor heating in one room. We disputed the £275 they had plucked out of thin air and it looks like they didn't provide any justification for this figure or send anything to the deposit protection people. Expect to get most of your deposit back when you leave then the remaining couple of hundred back three months later if they don't even try to defend themselves in the dispute.
