I was surprised with the quality of service I received, from start to finish I cannot fault Shipways. The service was completely professional and they were always there to support me along the way. A special mention to Kofi as he was a huge help for me, always on the other end of the phone to assist in dealing with difficult solicitors. Kofi couldn’t do enough to help me and made tho whole process in selling my house less stressful than it could of been. I would recommend Shipways and I would absolutely use them again.

Renting my house out with Shipways was the best decision I’ve ever made, they agreed to let my property within 72 hours, finding me an outstanding tenant. Additionally, he has been helpful and provided advice after the move with any further queries I have had. We were ecstatic to have found someone like Adnan in our lettings journey. From the first telephone call, all the way up until we received the keys for the property; Adnan kept us informed of each and every stage of the process and genuinely helped us obtain this property. We would 100% recommend Adnan to anyone! Due to unforeseen circumstances; the initial property that we had put an application in; which was with another agency; the letting agents were extremely unhelpful and rude, however we got through the process and the Landlord informed us to provide our notice to our current agents as the property was basically all good to go; however at the end moment the Landlord removed their property from the market and we could not withdraw our notice with our current agency; so we would have been homeless should we have not been able to secure another property. We then made a call to Shipways Great Barr and Adnan was a god send for us! He fundamentally prevented us from becoming homeless. This man needs a promotion! Adnan is the first agent we have come across (and we have been to many!) who actually cares about both the Landlord AND the Tenant! He is an asset to Shipways. We sincerely thank you once again Adnan! You helped provide our little girl a home; and for that we will forever be grateful!

If you are looking for a relaxed, kind and informative letting experience I would 100% recommend Adnan. Adnan has helped us on two occasions, one that unfortunately fell through due to my personal circumstances, inwhich Adnan was kind and professional, when I next came to needing a property, Adnan soon got on the hunt on my behalf and found us the most beautiful home, he had recalled all of our prior wants and needs from a property from the months prior and it felt like a very personal experience. We contacted Shipways after our property was on the market for over two months with another agent. Immediately, Adnan put forward a strategy, he communicated with us all the way through finding us a tenant. Recently had an offer accepted after a house was put back on the market. Only for the initial buyers mortgage to go through and we were ousted. Unsure why the house was even put back on the market when they could have just waited for the first offer to complete. It’s extremely unprofessional. Not to mention their mortgage broker who is extremely rude and tries to force ppl to use his services. Everyone is allowed to explore options without being made to feel guilty.
