GoogleMy property needed huge renovation before reletting, as I just had new central heating and boiler system fitted, everything else then started to look dated. We were going to do this ourselves over a few weekends however, Adnan suggested he supports us with the renovations to make it marketable for the rental consumers and modernise the whole property. I didn’t expect to spend the amount of money I did on the refurb, and it was a huge amount for me, but the renovations were well worth it and we were really pleased with the outcome. Adnan played a huge part in organising everything but we had great communication as he ran everything past us, and respected our final decisions on the whole renovation. This reduced the level of stress this project could have caused me! Even though the outlay price was high for us, in comparison to other similar total refurbs, the price was great! Adnan took on board any concerns we had and addressed these to our satisfaction. I now have tenants in the property and hope they enjoy their new fully refurbished home and garden.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible agency, delivered the property unclean, they do not work on behalf of the tenants, Beware with the relationship in-between the agents and the owner of the property, Some are scammers, beside the harassment I have dealt with, they involved my company and shared private information that's hasn't been provided by me, Beware and look for better safer options, Oh and the O DEPOSIT CHEME is a BIG HUGE scam running by scammers beware of that too, they have stalked my company and shared private information.

GoogleReferred here to try and resolve a query, despite promising to call back, never did. I followed through with two more calls and messages being left that still did not get a call back. A quick call would have assisted me and ended query. Poor customer service.

GooglePutting my house up for rent for the first time felt like a daunting journey. However, thanks to shipways, and in particular Adnan, the whole process was smooth and efficient. Adnan was very understanding over any apprehensions I had and was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the whole process to me. Shipways were able to find me suitable candidates within days and did all the necessary background checks. They were also able to provide me with contacts in order to get essential certifications. Adnan liaised with me throughout so I felt well informed and very confident in handing over my keys. Amazing service!
