The level of service and support received from the staff at Connells during our house buying process was second to none. I have been blown away by the professionalism, hard work and dedication the team showed us whilst we searched for and eventually purchased our first house. As this was our first time buying a house, we obviously had a lot of questions and at times may have needed things explaining more than once. Asad was brilliant in ensuring that we understood all technical jargon and worked tirelessly to secure us the very best rates and deals. Not only this, but during the time that we were searching for our perfect home, the team (especially Chloe and Skye) took the time to understand our wants and needs and would often show us recommendations that they knew we would like. We’ve had a great experience renting with Connells so far. Ajay has been excellent - super helpful, understanding and responsive. We moved in just over a week after we viewed the property (which was an hour after we enquired about it!) so the whole process has been very quick and smooth, and Ajay has put up with all my questions over text and call. We were even given a welcome pack when we moved in! Would definitely recommend Connells, and in particular Ajay, based on our experience so far.

Worst estate agents ever lack of communication false promises lack of trust and even ignoring my phone calls and never returning calls when thay could be bothered to answer. complete joke had 5 phone calls off these cowboys in 7months so unprofessional reaily dnt know how thay still operate as a business. And even valuing a property then saying it's not worth what they valued it at. Not even worth one star cowboys yeeeh haaa 🤠 🐎

From Daniela who gave the valuation through to the various team members I spoke to over the phone, including Molly, Megan, Laura & especially Michelle who went above & beyond to help. A big thank you to Molly for all of her support in us getting our property. She was very knowledgeable and knew the area very well. Molly showed us the property on her way home when her diary was full. She kept us upto date during the whole process of our purchase.
