Just rented a beautiful house through Connell Great Barr. Torrie was friendly and patient from the get-go. She showed us the house twice. She was really quick processing everything for us once we decided we wanted to take the house. We collected our keys and will be moving in soon. Really excited. Also got a welcome box which was a nice surprise. I ate and drank everthing in that box. Hahahaha. Will be using the supermarket discount vouchers when I do my next food shop. Also just want to mention how everytime we went to connell Great Barr, everyone in the office was friendly and always greeted us and made us feel welcome. Would definately recommend them. Friendly and efficient. Thanks Torrie.

Our path to securing a mortgage offer has not been an easy one. I applaud the amazing work by the team at your Great Barr branch, with a special mention to Madiha Nazeer (our sales agent). We have recently exchanged on a property. Whilst the process has been long and tough at times due to things outside our control we have been extremely pleased by the level of service received from Madiha throughout. Madiha has shown patience, diligence and flexibility which we believe to be key characteristics of an amazing estate agent. From the moment we put forward our initial offer to the moment we exchanged, we have always been well informed of progress. Madiha has gone above and beyond. I firmly believe we would have pulled out of the deal had Madiha not have been involved and "on it" all the way through.
