Unfortunately the same thing has happened yet again with this branch. Book in for a viewing at the earliest possible time. Then get a phone call the day before the viewing to say someone has viewed and had an offer accepted.

Specific thanks goes out to Ben, Jacqui and Claire. They have taken the time to listen to our numerous questions, no matter how daft! I would certainly recommend this estate agents to friends and family in the future.

I actually dont know how they sell houses and I certainly wouldn't be asking them to sell mine! I messaged over one property my mate messaged and called over three. Thats four houses and they did not reply once shocking. My advice do not waste your time

So far not good at all. Do not let your property with Jones and Chapman. My Tenants moved in 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my rent! Every day on the phone, another excuse. Still nothing. Emails, another sorry and excuse.
