GoogleI Was looking for a few investment opportunities and was told by the owner ‘your barking up the wrong tree!!’ when asked why, I was told by him that he owns a building company and will buy them all himself so no point in registering for property!! Unbelievable arrogance and rudeness! Staff looked scared to death of him!! I wanted to ask how a seller could possibly get a fair price and the conflict of interest being imposed but what would be the point!!

GoogleThis it was the best experience and help I hade. At all time they where very correct, on time and very patron with as, because we were first buyers and same of the fields where very narrow and a kohen from as with out their help and understanding it was almost impossible for as to move one in order to by the house. The give as faith, trust and encouragement with the right push to get this fare as we are. We are very pleased and delighted .

GoogleI have dealt with Owen Lyons since 2016. I will by the end of this year sold two properties with them and also been with them as a Landlord. I would never go anywhere else to sell/rent my property. All the team are very experienced and professional as well as being very knowledgeable about the local area. They are very supportive especially during the stressful periods of selling/buying and are always available to give advice. Matthew, Alex, Kate and all the team are fantastic. Thank you guys for all your help and support you have given me over the recent years.

GoogleExcellent estate agents, really know their stuff. Been in the business a long time and know the area like the back of their hands. If you're looking at the low star reviews like most of us do, in my humble opinion they seem to show more about the quality of the customer than anything else, the kind of customer a good company can do without anyway. The good customers have good experiences.

GoogleOwen Lyons have been managing letting of my property for the last 10+ years and will continue to do so. Highly professional, organised and punctual estate agents. Last year my property needed complete overhaul (refurbishment, new kitchen, new windows and doors...etc) which was masterfully managed by Ms Chanelle Brewer from the lettings department so I did not have to do anything myself. She managed subscontractors from start to finish of every job and kept me informed at every stage of the process. She continues to impress me with detailed menegament of every little issue that arose before and after. I presume that all other employees of Owen Lyons follow the same working ethics so I highly recommend Owen Lyons estate agents lettings department.

GoogleI have sold two properties and bought one property through the sales department. I have also used Owen Lyons lettings department to look after a property for me. As I live in another country I need an estate agents I can trust and who are happy and helpful. I do highly recommend them. When speaking on the telephone or the occasional visit to the office they have been very enthusiastic and it feels like they are all genuinely pleased to see you. Would definitely use again.

GoogleI have been working with Owen Lyons for 16 years during which time they have provided me with both rental management and buying/selling services. I have worked with many estate agents in Essex over the last 40 years, but my experience with Owen Lyons has been completely unique. Whilst they are the 'go-to' agents in this area, they always make me feel like I am their most important customer. It's not impossible to find professional agents, and it's not too hard to find a personal level of customer service, but Owen Lyons provide both together with a local presence and knowledge that is second to none. They're just so dam good that I have moved most of my investments to their catchment area!
