GoogleMatthew and his team have gone above and beyond with the sale and purchase of our property. I cannot speak anymore highly of them as they are exceptional at what they do. They keep you informed on pretty much a daily basis throughout the entire process so you never feel out of the loop. They chase the whole of the chain no matter how long it is they get it done and get the answers you need.
This is the second house I’ve purchased through them and I would definitely recommend. Special mention to Matthew, Alex, Ross and Sam, very professional and personable- best in the area without a doubt!

Their selling fee was very reasonable and we had an offer at almost the selling price very quickly. Alex kept me in touch during the sales process, and the whole team responded very quickly to all my emails/calls. GoogleI have had a number of dealings with a number of agents and I can confirm without hesitation that Owen Lyons in Grays is one of the best. They are professional, punctual, helpful and tenacious. Genuine review from a genuine customer who had a complicated (through no fault of the agents) sale. I know that there is a temptation to go with online agents these days but I truly believe that is a false economy. Get a good local agent who can handle the sale... you won't go wrong with Owen Lyons if you are in their area.

GoogleI was enquiring about rental properties and was very surprised that they do not actually take you for a viewing first. You are expected to watch a video of the property then if you like that make your application. For this you would have to provide your name and copies of your photo identification as well as copies of a wage slip. They will then take you for a physical viewing. I personally think this is a waste of my time as I would prefer to actually physically view a property at the beginning. You can decide when you view it that you don't want to proceed but what a waste of my time sorting out documents etc. It seems that this is more convenient for the estate agent than the client.

Hi Jackie, Thank you for the feedback on the system in place. It was explained on the phone after this form is filled out you will be contacted for a physical viewing. This form also allows us to keep your records for 31 days so if you are unsuccessful in the property applied for we can contact you about any other that have come on the market. All records are kept in accordance to GDPR and has been found to improve the efficiency of the process as a whole. All our landlords are aware of the system we use and it hasn’t been a complaint from other viewers, tenants or landlords. Hopefully we can help you in the future.
