GoogleAn impossible place to get a booking with, you call up to get a booking they’ll hurry you off the phone and say they’ll call you back and they won’t. Tried to make several bookings a few weeks ago and not a single call back. I came close to getting a booking Chafford hundred once, but they said they haven’t got the current tenants contact details.. mind boggling stuff. The worst part is I called for that house continuously over the period of about 2 weeks and it was the same answer.. every time. Don’t normally write reviews but hopefully the star ratings will cause a change in the attitude of the business. The basic courtesy to not make a potential customer have to chase you up about bookings is just not there.

GoogleOne of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They took over a property that was managed by a prior company and since then it was downhill. The lady managing it was terrible. And since we told them we were selling the property they just didn't want to know at all. THey have also lost our garage keys for which I had the pleasure of paying out 190 pounds which they refused to pay. Stay clear of this company.

GoogleI must say one of the worst services that they offering. Went there to see them and ask for property to rent and they didn't care to help at all. Never came back to me even thought that the property I showed them is still for rent ... I would suggest stay away from this company if you value your time. They will not help you at all.

GoogleTerrible service. Even the most basic maintenance such as repairing the stair edgings hasn't been done since the previous agent years ago. The gardens are full of weeds. Tenney House looks like a slum! Avoid like the plague! Even to get the most basic of jobs done I am forced to constantly approach this company and weeks and months go by with a complete lack of action.

We have tried to call numerous time to get a viewing on a flat, kept being told we would be called back at the end of the day but no calls for confirmation after a couple of days. When we tried to call to see what is going on the person was very rude when I asked him to repeat what he said and then bluntly said there’s no confirmation without even apologising! All the agencies we’ve spoken to made us appointments on the spot or the latest at the end of the day! This agency doesn’t look like it wants to sell properties do not recommend at all.

GoogleGriffins Grays residentials , are the most unprofessional and foul mouthed people I have ever come across. They’re a total con! I was a tenant of theirs for 6 months, paid my rent every month without fail and on time. They demanded a £250 clean fee on top of fees of over £450, and one months deposit upfront and 2 months rent deposit. The clean fee is there so that when we leave the property it is cleaned for the next tenants. However, when we arrived into the property it was filthy and the previous tenant had smoked heavily so you can imagine the smell and amount of money I spent on cleaning products and diffusers to clean the house for my 6 month old baby to live in! The clean fee was agreed to be paid back, we was sent a letter which stated that we must clean the property and all furnishings. We did so and I even left a toilet clean and bog brush there. I cleaned the property to high standards, and to mention, cleaner than how we found it. We also re-styled the front garden and kept the garden and house in perfect condition. However, the manager refused to refund the clean fee and was awfully rude. We noticed many things that were broken in the property, including the fire alarm that didn’t work at all! I could go on and on about this estate agents but to save you the awful experience go to a more trusted estate agents and god to think how awful they would be at sales!

GooglePoor communication from.Block management department. Endless calls chasing Griffin up to fill out relevant paperwork in regards to how they deal with their leases. This left me and my family exhausted, frustrated and very, very upset. All this could have been avoided with good communication and a professional service. Avoid using this company as the staff I dealt with here where dismissive, unresponsive and very 'forgetful' .NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI've rented a flat from this agency, i been to see this flat with 2 weeks before to move in, i found there the landlord, a worker and a flat under refurbished, i asked some things about flat and the landlord guarented me a refurbished flat, i paid Agency fee+ all documents. When i took the keys, the flat was in same condition when i saw him( No doors handlers/ kitchen seems like after the war and a lot of issues). In same day i spoke with agency and i sent them photos with all issues and they guaranted me everyting will be done very soon. But they still lied me, till now they fixed only sockets. Worst agency!!!
