GoogleGood at progressing a sale, not great at carrying out due diligence. They claimed to have a key ready for my surveyor and didnt have it on the day. They also didnt check the vendors claims to have fixed the gas supply. Now left with no gas on a property I have completed on, due to the vendor lying, so will have to take it up with them.

GoogleTotal waste if time, called the Grays office to ask about renting my property out and was told by the woman 'I may be able to help you I may not' when asked to speak with someone who can help the lady gave me the same answer in a not knowing voice. Total joke and went to another rental company. Won't ever be calling again

GoogleSo many properties im interested in letting on the websites they advertise on (zoopla, Rightmove) but never hear anything back when I reach out. Every time I call the lettings team is never available. Always get told they’ll call me and they never do!
