GoogleProbably one of my best experiences with an estate agent. Mark & the team were incredibly kind, patient, helpful and easy to work with through every step of my house purchase journey. Substantially better than most agents who I feel weren’t empathetic or compassionate and just trying to sell me something but not help me find something that was right for me. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleGriffins grays does not even deserve this 1 star, After living in a property with black mould and being told "there are people with worse mould than you on our registers" by the 'manager', dealing with no hot water or heating for a year and having to use our own heaters and rely on the kettle to wash up.. luckily the electric shower worked but that was one of the only things that did. Called to report these problems as new renters and was told they would sort them out; did not mention that this needed to be reported online complained multiple times until Angela a very nice helpful lady at griffins finally listened to us! May I add she was the only one who was nice helpful and proffessional; Angela if you are reading this love you deserve way better and get out of there ASAP. As for Zoe and the rest of the teenagers who go in everyday with their 'Kevin and Perry' attitude grunting at people being blunt and damn right rude.. Learn some manners, get some people skills and maybe educate yourselves on how to be slightly more professional when dealing with paying clients. Would NEVER recommend griffins grays to anyone not even my worst enemy think the place needs to either shut down completely or sack all the current staff and try again.. -1 out of 5 guys would not reccomend.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleEstate agents with no decency or consideration. Rudely spoken to particularly by Debbie who couldn't be bothered to reply to emails or phone calls I would often have to leave 2 or 3 messages first. I guess once they have your money the customer service goes out the window. Despite previously introducing other colleagues to the agency after my recent experience I have told everyone to steer clear. The guy name is Robbi . Very unprofessional but sweet talker I’m very disappointed this agency Never go again

GoogleI had a terrible year with Griffin as a tenant. They are quick at responding when they are receiving money or it benefits them but diabolical when it's the other way around. The lack of communication their end is terrible and not just since COVID. For example, for our initial 3 month flat inspection at the end of last year, they decided to not inform us that the landlord had cancelled then argued with me over the phone. This is one example of many. Another issue I had with them was recently when I was receiving at least 2 phone calls a day for someone else to come and see the flat once we had announced we were leaving even though I had requested 3 times to not be rang due to being at work. However this was c ignored and they still rang me during work hours because they think they know best. The final straw for me was this week when I was trying to chase the return of my deposit which they took their lovely time sending me back. I tried to contact them for an update but this was ignored. I think in total there are 2 members of staff which appear to know what they are doing, one of which is fairly new. As for the rest they are rude, lazy and won't help you unless it benefits the company. Shocking.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleEvery time you call them they will say the person in charge with the house is busy and they will call you back...I did call them in the last 4 months and I am not the only one. They are just amateurs under a big brand but will not take long untill people will stop using services from Griffin. If u want to use them have fun you will not have a house 😂😂😂👍👍👍NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGriffin sold my house in Grays and have been fantastic every step of the way. Curtis started the process by valuation of house and getting the sale up on line. Martin and Sonia supported us once the house had been sold stc. They kept us informed all the way through the process. Very professional outlook as estate agents and highly recommend. 10/19!
