GoogleThe staff at Griffin Residential in Grays have provided a professional, efficient and excellent service from property appraisal through to completion. They have been excellent at communicating with in what has been quite a difficult sales process and, thanks to the outstanding service provide by their sales progressor over a period of some months, completion has been achieved. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleI bought my house through them and it all went great and smooth Now I’m selling my flat and is taking them so long to sell it. Also they sent me mails saying that “because of my poor decisions” is taking long to sell it, or when I ask them to update me about the viewings they say “they are very busy”. I wish they were busy trying to sell my flat! 😅

GoogleVery satisfied with all personnel who handled my renting process, made quite easy to meet Landlord and have interaction and exchange pleasantries which made it easy for the Landlord to make quick decisions on selection of potential tenants.
