GoogleJuly 2023 I used Griffin maybe 8 years ago (great service then) and then just to try something else went elsewhere - did not have a great experience elsewhere even though it was a bigger chain agent and decided to go back to Griffin. Service was excellent - I like the fact that Griffin focuses on details, had contractors for electricity certificates and if work needed to be done the prices were for remedial work were reasonable and they could get local contractors to come out with short notice. Griffin listened to my requirements, filtered out unsuitable tenants themselves and did not hard sell other services that I was not interested in. The fee Griffin charged was excellent and I had a number of questions throughout the process and unlike the previous agent I used Griffin answered them quickly without fobbing me off. I am a responsible Landlord and from my interactions with the Griffin team I felt they are a very professional agency. I would like to thank thank the whole team - Toni, Demi and Robbie who between them provided a seamless and responsive service.

I don't appreciate you suggesting i'm a liar I don't care about your experience with my conveyer what has that got to do with the terrible service we received. We did call you once we saw the state of the place and we're rudely spoken to and you made it clear you didn't care about the disgusting state the house was left in. Additionally, the previous owner told us they left the keys with you months earlier as they left the country they suggested you rented out the property so take that up with them. I didn't appreciate the way you responded when I was sharing my honest experience. You have a nice day

GoogleUnprofessional, booked viewing and they called on viewing day to say my viewing is cancelled as they accepted a offer previous day, i did not get chance to see property or make an an offer

@Upminster Branch : Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our own properties. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot! He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, his fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and a very dismissive gesture! Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building", forcing his way in, to have a go at me! What this man failed to realised is that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on Griffin! Hence me writing this review! Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Physically Aggressive toward woman ! Ill mannered ! 🤔 ? All he had to do was apologize and understand he was making a nuisance of himself ! I would definitely not use them to sell or rent of my properties! What they should do is used the public car park. Until then they are the Neighbour from hell !
