GoogleDenise Peace from the Consett branch showed me around the property & what a lovely bubbly friendly lady she was. She gave me plenty of time to look around without feeling pressured & answered all of my questions. I met her again when I went for a second viewing with my partner & was equally pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JW Wood estate to my friends. Helpful all the way. Thank you.

TrustpilotFantastic experience with Balgores an exceptional firm of estate agents who go the extra half mile.d
We had remained in our fabulous property for 29 years, but we were now starting a new chapter of our lives. Balgores were absolutely magnificent, from Connor who helped us sell our property to the backroom staff. We would especially like to pick out Donna who every step of the way, was absolutely fantastic and guided us through the maze of selling up to exchange of contracts and completion date, she was a star. We would also like to thank Teddy for scanning all our key documents and he sent them onto us, which saved us a lot of time. All in all, we can only say that the whole Balgores team were exceptional, so a big thank you to everyone.

TrustpilotPeter was great!
I was recommended to use Peter as my Mortgage Advisor and would recommend on to other! Peter was nothing but helpful, informative & on the ball. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for and simply made me feel at ease throughout my whole buying process. I’m sure he advised me on more than what his job description holds but nothing was a problem for him. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

TrustpilotExcellent service from Balgores…
Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. This sale would not have happened without this team. I highly recommend Balgores, do yourself a favour and use them, you will not regret it!

TrustpilotI recently worked with Peter and Claire…
I recently worked with Peter and Claire to secure a new mortgage for my rental property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Peter and team worked with me from the get go and guided me through the process brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they was on hand 24/7 for any questions and queries I had. Absolutely fantastic service from these guys and would highly recommend their services. 10/10 from me.

TrustpilotFirst class service - Highly recommend
First class service, would not hesitate to recommend Balgores of Gravesend. Thank you so much to Andrew and Carole for help and assistance and supporting me throughout the sale of my house. From the moment I walked into the office, although nervous as a senior widow who had decided to sell up, move and downsize, I had a gut feeling that everything was going to be OK and I had made a good choice with going to Balgores. From the point of taking instruction, right through to completion, to the sale of my house, Andrew gave a first class service with regular updates with progress. His knowledge and professionalism shone through when numerous hurdles were put in the way by my buyer's really bad solicitors. He kept me calm and informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Andrew of Balgores (Gravesend) when selling your property.

TrustpilotHarrison at Balgores
Harrison at Balgores in basildon was assigned to help me with my sale and purchase. I cannot praise him enough! Harrison was polite and friendly, made me feel at ease, listened to me rant when I was getting stressed with the whole process and did whatever he could to make things run smoothly. I am now in my new property and could not be happier!

TrustpilotHighly recommend Peter Walker and his Team.
I want to give a huge thank you to Peter Walker at Balgores Property in Upminster for his outstanding service. From start to finish, Peter was simply amazing. The communication was excellent, he was available almost every time I needed to reach him and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy and stress-free. Peter found me a fantastic deal, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service he provided. The fact that he was always there when I needed to ask questions really stood out for me. I’ve already recommended him to friends who are looking into mortgages because I would absolutely use Peter’s services again if I ever needed to move house or get another mortgage. I also have to mention his colleague, Claire, who was just as fantastic. Together, they made the whole experience seamless. I truly can’t recommend Peter Walker and his team enough!

TrustpilotA big thank you to Peter Walker
A big thank you to Peter Walker at Upminster. Peter was recommended to me from my parents who have used him twice before, the first time being 16 years ago. Peter has been very informative for us first time buyers and showed a true honesty. Finding our first house took time, Peter was patient and remained helpful when things had to change. Fantastic communication. We were then handed over to Claire who was equally fantastic. IF we ever decide to do the house moving process again, I would use Peter again in a heartbeat.

TrustpilotHighly recommended
Couldn't recommend these enough. All amazing but especially Deepuk and Donna. We sadly had to complete the sale on my deceased brothers flat. They were so kind, empathetic and helpful. It made a very difficult process that bit easier. Was what lovely was meeting Deepuk because my brother had already started the sale with him and so Deepuk remembering my brother and their conversations. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Thanks again!
