I saw 2 property made up my mind to buy out right. Rang the chadwell heath branch and men answered. I said hi I am interested in 2 properties to buy can I have a details plz. His reply was can i be more polite. I should ask how is he and how was his day? Is this a joke. I dont want friends mate. Go out more. Make friends. I dont want to merry your mum. I have funds and I like to buy. No joke. I belive staff at chadwellheath branch is not I trained in how to accommodate customers and not Intreated in sells. This is my 3rd experience at this branch and I belive staff don't like non whites there approaching for business. I can see their reviews it proves this. If I was a land lord I would not give my property to this clowns. Sycastic and recisum I feel in their tone of voice when spoken. Avoid this branch if you can. You would thank me later. Componey should change staff. Specially on the phone. Disspointed.

We decided to sell our house, so I arranged for half a dozen estate agents to come round and give me a valuation. After listening to most of their sales pitches and a fair bit of nonsense, I started to worry, am I even going to find the right estate agent? 🤯 Out of desperation, I rang Balgores, not one of the big-name agencies, but I thought I’d give them a try. Femi, the branch manager, turned up. He didn’t give a sales pitch or waffle. The only thing he said was, “I want this property on my books, and I will sell it.” We agreed on a commission rate we were both happy with, and within a week, we had over 30 viewings and an agreed offer. We’ve now officially sold the property, and we also used Balgores’ recommended solicitors, PCS, who were excellent. Femi, Sarah, and the rest of the team were brilliant and supportive throughout the entire process. Thank you. But there’s one person who really stood out. Once Femi and the team had done their job, they passed the case on to someone who saw it through to exchange and completion. I’m in my 60s and I’ve always wanted to meet Wonder Woman, and I finally did. Louise. I had so many conversations with her over the phone. She was on top of everything. When we received emails from the solicitor filled with jargon, Louise would call us and explain everything in plain English. She made a very stressful process feel manageable, and even human. I truly hope that everyone going through a sale or purchase has a Louise to guide them through it. No one asked me to write this review. I’m doing it because it’s well deserved. I also hope the owners and senior managers of Balgores read this, because it’s people like Louise who make your company what it is. I sincerely hope you show your appreciation with a Pay rise or at best a bonus. Sometimes, we don’t realise how valuable someone is… until it’s too late. Louise, thank you so much for all of your help. Much appreciated And I hope you enjoy your flowers, chocolates and wine. Thank you Tony

Feedback from a recent house transaction using Stonegate Estate Agents Hitchin. We had an unusual period property that was classed as a difficult property to sell according to the other agents that visited the house. They weren’t wrong, there were multiple issues to overcome with title deeds, condition reports and development opportunities. From the first meeting, Kevin from Stonegate’s knew exactly how to market the property, who would be the likely buyers, and the actions required to get the house in a position to market the house. His years of experience and knowledge was obvious compared to the other agents we met with. We placed the house on the market with Stonegate and was introduced to Anne who would be selling the property and carrying out the viewing. Anne’s went to great lengths to understand the house, the issues and the potential the house had, this made all the difference. Each viewer was told of the history of the house and the potential of the property, she was instrumental in gaining viewings and offers on the property and ultimately securing a buyer. Anne and Keith worked with the buyer and their team and me to overcome the obstacles and challenges and provided outstanding service and professionalism. The regular feed back from Anne and Keith was spot on each time, prompt and insightful. Honestly, if you are looking for and agent and want that professional approach and expertise then look no further. I highly recommended them as a team.
