GoogleWhen finding my new rented house I have had nothing but outstanding help and support from all the team in Sealys but one in particular and his name is Adam he has gone above and beyond to do whatever he can to help me in everyway possible to make my life easier and it was very much appreciated so if your looking for a new home they are the people to go with they are all so kind and friendly and will go out of there way to help you

GoogleDo not waste your time going anywhere else! I was referred to the team at Sealey's by a friend of mine. From the initial email exchange, to helping me sell and buy a property, they have been exceptional. It's worth mentioning that the lister for my property, Diane, was fantastic. A real person who took the time to get to know what was important to me, some great advice on what I should do to make sure my property sells and great knowledge of the local market. An added bonus that I was able to also find my dream house with Diane giving me good advice on things to consider. Dealing with Shirley (who manages viewings) and Debbie (who manages offers/contracts etc) have also been a pleasure to liaise with. They are prompt in replying to emails and always available for queries no matter how random. Michael the owner of Sealeys, has built a superb team (and he happens to be a really nice guy as well).

Fantastic. After being told I had to move by my previous landlord I was dreading going through the process all over again. When i pick up keys, they are always ready for me, Invoice payments made without any issues.Would and have recommended Sealeys to any one needing their services and i am happy to do this knowing they do things well.All in all a great team at Sealeys.

FacebookWhen reporting a legitimate concern regarding one of their clients (which involved the Police and associated crime number) they have acted in a totally unacceptable manner. They have repeatedly ignored, lied and acted unprofessionally in their dealings with us. Sealeys have denied us any access to a formalised complaints procedure so we have now escalated this matter to the Ombudsman. absolutely shocking behaviour from this self proclaimed '100% professional' company.
We thank you for reporting your concerns. The police have advised this is a civil matter between you and your neighbour, we are unable to intervene further.
