GoogleFirst time as a landlord renting out my property whilst I reside in the Netherlands. I needed an agent who took stress out of the whole process as I am not around to oversee it. I am happy to say Chloe and her team tick those boxes and when ever issues / queries arise they are friendly and prompt to reply and find resolutions- exactly the kind of service I need. The whole process as a result has been smoother that I anticipated and meant I can be hands off!

GoogleThe Gravesend branch of Robinson, Michael and Jackson were always professional in their conduct, I was kept up to date with every step along the way. My house was sold much faster and less hassle-free than I had ever imagined. Although this is a busy agency, there was always the extra personal touch to their phone calls which is such a bonus in the middle of organising and planning and dealing with various authorities when you are moving. I would definitely recommend this team. Thanks Andy, Jo and everybody - from sunny Scotland!

GoogleMy experience with RMJ was great! Everything including viewing, referencing, and contract signing etc was wrapped up within 5 days and I moved in by the 11th day! I never had to wait on phone lines and their email responses are extremely quick. Special thanks to Ellie Eccleston and Hollie Spinks! Most of my favourite properties during my search was let by them so I’d recommend them to anyone!

GoogleI had wonderful experience with the team during our letting process. Ella, Ellie and Libby were exceptional, kind and very patient and this made the cumbersome process go by smoothly for me. I always spoke with a male member of the team(can’t remember his name) on the phone as well and he always provided accurate information, it was always excellent customer service with him. GoogleExcellent! The team at Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend were extremely professional and helpful, which made the whole process of selling my property less daunting and stressful. From valuation to completion, I felt as if I was their only client, which is clearly not the case. This was particularly important for me as it had been quite a number of years since I was in this position so patience, clarity and professionalism were all qualities I searched for and received. GoogleI have used Robinson Michael and Jackson on several occasions and once again they performed their magic. I found them responsive to my many questions, they were patient in finding the right buyer, and while they were slower to issue a memorandum of sale this was so that I was protected and our buyer was a good one! However, i was also impressed as they were helping me to find a house for I could move the family and with various complex disability requirements that was not n easy ask. You guessed it we are also buying from the same branch. This is why I like selling with RMJ...because they are so easy to buy from! GoogleI dealt with Reece (Sales) and Chloe (Lettings) along with some of the team at the Gravesend office. I was in a rather peculiar situation and couldn’t quite make up my mind about some things. Reece and Chloe were both very sensitive, thoughtful, kind and selfless in their assessment and helped me (probably without realising it), come to a decision that I feel is the best for me and my family at this point. When I went on to let my property with Chloe, I felt listened to and Chloe really exceeded my expectations on all fronts - communication, speed of transaction, flexibility, etc. Eight (8) viewings, all 8 made very decent offers and let agreed - all within 48 hours of property listing. GoogleI can safely say that Andy is genuinely one of the nicest, straightforward, upfront estate agent. He didn't try to play us off against the seller just straightforward nice and easy what would you like and went and got it for us. After somewhat terrible experiences previously with estate agents I can safely say that if you get Andy is your estate agent you are going to be more than happy.
