Hi there, I was sorry to hear you have experienced an 'average' service. We dont have any record of dealing with the Granby Hotel so I'm not sure you have reviewed the right business. We pride ourselves of customer service and its important to me that everyone is receiving an exceptional service. Could I ask that you contact the office directly so we are able to look into the matter further and confirm. Many thanks, Sarah

GoogleM&M mange our investment property in Gravesend. Always respond quickly to questions. Found a tenant quickly, and handle all issues on our behalf. Good to deal with the same people and a family run business.

GoogleGenuinely a fantastic service. I bought and also rented out/managed my property via M&M estates. They found me a tenant within a week and arranged the moving date for shortly after completion. I'm very happy.
