Jack at the Loughton branch was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on a tricky sale that required an extended lease. As the buyer he was my contact in the important negations between the two solicitors and he never gave up over the 7 months it took from the viewing the property to completion. He was always calm polite and professional throughout.
