I am very disappointed and discouraged to buy a property after I paid £499 for simply conveying solicitors and also £500 paid for the broker. I am NHS employee saved the money paid £1000 and waited about 4 months to get my property finally I am informed that the developer asked more £10000. The broker promised won’t charge me for the next property but they are not responding when I call.

The team was professional and organized, we sorted initial things quite quickly. But being in a chain buy a was absolutely nightmare for us as first time buyers, as we didn’t know what to expect and when the sale will actually finalize. At this aspect we didn’t get the support that we expected from the estate agents, that would be the minus in this experience. Overall the experience was positive and we learned a lot in the process. We do recommend this estate agency to other, because the team is energetic, young and willing to improve its service.

GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Daniella after a less than satisfactory experience with a competitor Agency. This was during a tough quiet period in the market. She helped to source appropriate tenants for our flat in Gavesend. I will recommend her service.

BOBBI SCOTT.Vile woman.Left a tenant without a heater in the bedroom for over 7 months!! It took for me to email Daniel Hanks and Martin Gibbon to get something done.However, how ironically, it has taken Bobbi Scott over 10 months to get a quote (via photos and not even a visit) for mould.If this is what you call customer service then you need a reality check.Complaint going to the property ombudsman.

We dealt with Balgores property to rent a house. Our agent was polite and knew her job. However we did not like our experience of their consulting agency ( Goodlord)for referencing as we felt that there was a lot of unnecessary mistakes and also it took too long for getting everything sorted. Overall our one to one experience with our estate agent was fine except their referencing agency that was appalling.

GoogleDO NOT ever use this agency to market your property they look to sell it Fast by UNDERVALUING your property, and when you ask for a marketing update they REJECT your property from the market claiming yours is over valued, which is mental considering the house 10 doors along which is comparable sold for only 5k less than your asking AND you already said you were flexible to 10K on your price for a NEWLY refurbished property ! AVOID AVOID AVOID Balgores are awful

Was told our buyer was in a chain of two with a first time buyer buying the property from our buyers and to take the offer (even though it was less than we wanted it) as it would be stress free - turned out there were approx 6 in the chain the first time buyer was one minute buying for a family member then we were told it was an an investor before finding out it was a builder who bought properties to do up - the whole process was an absolute nightmare and went on for over 7 months... the only saving grace was the negotiator that kept the chain from collapsing at least 3 times... I would get it in writing how many are ACTUALLY in the chain before agreeing to offers!

Received terms of business 1 week before the tenant moved in, massive fee but because tenant moving in I had no choice but to agree the fee, had I known the fee to start with I would have shopped around, this is not how you do business!!!

Good advice from Billy who did everything that he said he would. He was very knowledgeable - he knew the market and my road and the demand for property in that location. He sold the property within days and I was satisfied with the price achieved. Katie then handled progressing the sale and did an excellent job and kept me informed at all times. I would definitely use this team again and would be happy to recommend them.
