GoogleSince first using Balgores over 4 years ago, I haven't used another agency to rent any of my properties. Always get a very professional and responsive service. Easy to deal with and most importantly trustworthy, particularly Daniella and Jo.

TrustpilotToo bad
If you are looking to rent a house and the landlord has placed the house with them, it is better to look for another real estate agency because that is what I do. They have nice houses but unfortunately they don't respond to any emails or phone calls I make. I don't know how they rent it but it's not normal.

TrustpilotUnprofessional and illegal practices
Unprofessional and illegal practices. I was told i had to obtain a mortgage in principle from their in house mortgage broker before i could view a property even though i already have a mortgage in principle from my broker. The staff i spoke to was condescending and rude.

TrustpilotAmazing service, would recommend
We had been trying to get a mortgage in place throughout lockdown , however found that other company’s were very slow and Un-informative about the process. We were recommended to use Balgores mortgage adviser, and we couldn’t be happier for this decision, she has been very informative and friendly considering we are first time buyers and knew nothing about the market, when anything happened with regards to our mortgage, we were informed immediately and kept in the loop at all times, she was very accommodating to the times we could see her which was something that we had bad experience with other companies.

GoogleAndrew and his team were very professional in selling our house. We had been up for sale with several estate agents, but Balgores were the only ones that actually got us a sale. Would highly recommend them.
