GoogleI found the the team very efficient and responsive when sorting out my property. In particular Francesca and daniella were very helpful and organised in sorting it all out for me, and when I went in to the agency to collect my keys on the day they were both very warm and friendly to talk to. Excellent customer service.

GoogleI have used the mortgage broker (Ian Weedon) in the branch twice before to remortgage my property. Both times Ian made the mortgage process easy and stress free with regular updates so I knew where we were with the application. I also have recommended him to friends and family and he's doing my sons life cover. 5 star service

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Balgores continues to provide an outstanding service. I have used the company for a number of years and had one change over of residents in my rented property. I find all staff helpful and knowledgeable, but have had most contact with Daniel Lawrence. He is always polite, informative and excellent at keeping me up to date with people viewing the property and progress with offers made on renting. I feel confident that the rental process is in safe hands with Balgores.

GoogleSuper helpful with everything, well informed & reassuring to my partner who had not been through the rental process before. A more positive experience than I have had with some agencies in the past! Love the flat. Thanks to Gavin, Daniella & the team!

TrustpilotApproachable and hard working
I was looking to organise my life insurance along with my mortgage application. The staff at balgores were very approachable and helpful. In particular Lucy Jenkins put in a brilliant shift in chasing up my surgery for months on end in the respect of my life insurance.

GoogleJust rented through Balgores, and we couldn’t be happier, amazing service from start to finish, was a slight hiccup with house becoming flooded due to a leak beyond their control, however this was resolved through the landlady’s insurance company and we couldn’t be happier, kept in the loop with regular updates from Daniella she was amazing and Carlos, (Thank you both) a nice new home for Christmas. Looking forward to many years here, thank you Balgores.

TrustpilotHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Highly recommended! Undoubtedly the best service i’ve received, having spoken to multiple companies in terms of my lend and where i was at. The enthusiasm and personal touch delivered by their mortgage team and more specifically Cemalie (Gemma) goes unmatched. She really supported me throughout the process, even after delivering their service made a conscious effort to keep track of my progress and offer advice. These are people that love what they do and its not just another paycheque.
