Balgores Estate Agents were extremely helpful and found us an amazing annexe in a quiet rural location. They responded to all our enquiries quickly and in detail. Overall they were genuinely the best estate agents I have dealt with in the six years I have been renting.

Frank and Jason had been really professional and very helpful. Frank has been supportive right from day 1 whilst Jason made sure things are progressing well. All in all really happy with the service offered and would't hesitate to say they're the best in Gravesend. Highly recommended!

Balgores work hard to get things moving, keep you updated on the progress of your application and current affairs ( covid 19 regulations etc ). Gavin is especially good at making sure you get things done also. The process was smooth and easy moving in with balgores.

Excellent advice and service

I have used Michael a couple of times and he is very knowledgeable about the mortgage market and gives excellent advice. Both he and Mackenzie were always available whenever I needed them throughout the mortgage application process, which was very assuring and really sets them apart as excellent advisors.

Underpricing for quick sale and commission

Balgores agent grossly underpriced my property. Simply looking for a quick sale and thus quick commission. Took me for a fool. Will put property with another estate agent, who priced it accurately.

Sterling performance

Kurt and his team were professional at the least and above and beyond at the most. They even offered to put out a selection of biscuits for us, but on a diet so...Anyway, if I ever move away from this splendid area I will be going back to them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Balgores. I found Andrew and his team at Balgores to be knowledgeable, realistic & professional, offering a quality of service unmatched by others in Gravesend, and they are nice. If you are serious about selling your property go to Balgores.

The house I sold through Balgore's had 5 generations of my family living there so I wanted it to be sold with care and attention that it deserved. Balgore's did this from start to finish. When things looked bad, Frank was straight there and …

Be afraid, very afraid..........

I unfortunatly chose Balgores as my managing agent. So many issues, nothing ever compleated professionally. The two "ultra ideal" tenants moved five people in on day one (no checks) The tenants gurantor was again not checked, later found to be dutch national, no chance of ever getting anything off him since brexit. Landlord rent/legal protection insurance not taken out despite taking the fee for three years. When we came to claim, the company had not been paid. Balgores response was to cancel our management contract!!!! We had to use bailiffs to get tenents out - cost a fortune in lost rent etc. Even getting the ideal tenents deposite back was a fiasco. We then took Balgores to court, they settled out of court so as no CCJ would appear against them. This company is incompetant at a level that cannot be described, I have email addesses of 20+ different staff, staff turnover is a good indicator of a useless company. Unsurprisingly any problem was always due to someone who had left. I ended up actually feeling sorry for the staff, the way you feel pity for alcoholics/drug addict and homeless people - lives out of control - people who need help to sort out the mess they cannot even comprehend. If your a landlord - join NRLA - saved my life.

I successfully became a first time home owner with the help from Peter Walker and Claire. You gave me a great service, supported with all my questions and was just a text or phone call away, 7 days a week. This made the process seamless and stress free. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! I recommend Balgores property, specifically Peter! P.S - He gives you 3 beautiful rules you need to start your new home!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME they missed out on big commission! Disgusting customer service

Arrogant company with disgusting customer service!!! they have no idea how to sell a property when they judge on who can actually see it!. We had a big deposit and was able to pay the property price but as we didn’t go with their in-house mortgage advisor they had told us we could not see the property, and didn’t want to WASTE their vendors time! After saying that we reluctantly decided have a chat with him to ease their concerns about us WASTING THEIR TIME. He arranged to call us at 4…. That did not happen He called us at 5.45 to be told that he was “busy with paperwork” (no sorry) but he could go through it now.. we have 2 kids and was in the middle of dinner. So we said we haven’t got time to go through it all right at that second so we just asked again if it was possible to view the property this weekend before we potentially miss out with someone else making an offer…. Again we was told that they didn’t want to waste their time… so we said THATS FINE. We are CLEARLY wasting our time with this companyThey missed out on commission as we are pretty much ready to buy with a large cash deposit and no chain. Well done to balgores staff I’m sure you manager is proud of you. (Which I’m sure he actually is…as ive read SO many bad reviews of this company on trust pilot!) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
