Grateful to them finding me a property to rent and the advise on who to use for insurances and utility bills. The staff are very friendly and listened to my stressful state of selling my property. I can not say enough about the staff at StPeters Hill. They have been extremely helpful,polite, and courteous, nothing seems to much trouble. It was the best decision I ever made. From the momment i walked into the office, Carly's very profesional approach and help was extremely needed and given. Especially at a time when i needed it. This was approx a year ago. The staff are amazing and this comes from the top. I can totally trust them to look after my mothers property which takes a great deal of pressure of me. THANK YOU. Mary Sansom.

I spotted my new property a long time ago when the owners were refurbishing, I was the first to enquire therefore they allowed myself to be the first to view! From viewing to moving in, it has taken 3 weeks only! I cannot praise the staff enough, from viewing to dealing with the referencing to the after care too... very impressed ????

This is the second time I have dealt with Belvoir Lettings and so far they have been the only lettings agency that have, in my opinion, done the job properly. Always polite, always helpful and incredibly easy to deal with. Massively impressed by Simone, who we dealt with exclusively and who almost felt like a friend rather than an agent. Thank you personally from us. We really felt taken care of by Belvoir, rather than exploited as we have felt many times with other agencies. Keep up the good work! We were new to the renting market, but Wendy has made the process simple and stress free. When there has been an issue, she has been extremely prompt in getting someone to come and have a look at it. The tradesmen she employs are reliable and polite and I feel happy to leave them in my home whilst I am not there. I could not rate them highly enough... thank you :) Wendy's response to emails and phone calls are quick and if she cannot solve the problem there and then, she will tell you and further arrangement will be made -she is ACE!

From the first viewing with Belvoir to the most recent contact they have been friendly, professional and respectful. They have been clear on all aspects of my tenancy including the charges, which were reasonable. My only slight grumble would be text alerts to get my utility bills sorted with their prefered provider were a pain. As for the lovely lady who first showed us round and my subsequent contact with Simone from the st peters hill office, it has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you.

As a former estate agent, I know how you work, what you do and how long it all takes. The lettings team in this branch are by far the worst I have come across. The fact you guys get commission isn't a secret, so you would think that you would really want to push your targets to bring home that commission... not here. As an award winning estate agent, I expected more, obviously this branch in an anomaly. Evidentally we weren't told about All Agents by the ladies in branch, probably due to the poor customer service we received, as I know you wouldn't want a bad review.. so, sorry guys! I think it should be known though how unwelcoming and how little trouble your staff go to, to do their jobs... I don't even know the girls names whom we dealt with, so yeah, built a really good customer relationship! Well done guys.

We just sold the house so it is not necessary to use Belvoir anymore but I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you.

GoogleExtremely bad experience. Viewing cancelled citing the property has been rented when the property is still out for rent in Rightmove.
We are very sorry Muktamala that you have been dissatisfied with the service provided. We can confirm that the property in question has been let, an application has been accepted by the landlord and the holding fee paid by the applicant accepted, but the advertisement was not amended to let agreed due to time constraints. We merely do not wish to waste anyone's time in viewing a property that is already under application. The advertisement will be changed with immediate effect today to let agreed. We did advise in the cancellation correspondence that if there are any other properties that you are interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us. We hope this clarifies matters.

Although we have an option for viewings to be booked online and this is the preference as it means applicants can book their own viewing times to suit them, team members can assist with booking viewings as and when required if applicants are not familiar or comfortable with this process. Our application process is also conducted online for speed however team members can assist with completing information required if applicants are struggling. The online processes have been paramount to continuing to run our business with the national COVID-19 pandemic. The team are there to help and assist when necessary and will go the extra mile given the opportunity. We hope we can turn the situation around for you.
