Being new to the letting business we were impressed with the friendly and efficient treatment received by all staff.We were taken through the process step by step and given all the help and assistance we needed. It seemed a very short time from initial contact to receiving the first payment, which now goes towards care home fees for parents.

First impressions very professional, knowledgeable, thorough. Not easily impressed as too many people 'creep' to get business. none of that with this particular branch. Property let within a week of being advertised. Tom who conducted viewing very professional. Service has been great. Every phone query answered and every call returned. Painless check in for tenant. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey truly believe they are doing a fantastic job and will get quite defensive and question any negative feedback you give. So, watch out. Only say nice things. Staff seem to change frequently, perhaps a sign of overall turnover. I understand they have many properties on their books, which understandably gives them the market edge.
