Relocating from London - everything planned and were told the boiler in the house was not working so it was technically no habitable and should not have even been on the market. Very frustrating and costly for us - property still listed on available to let when the repair had not been done after it had been identified. Very disappointing chain of communication with Hannah.

GoogleSorry to say but many downsides about them, probably lack of communication between agency and landlord or people in agency. They passing through info and half way disappearing. When you have to sort something out it must be immediate but when you ask them it takes a lot of time to wait for results. Employees nice and friendly but less helpful then they could.

Direct reviewsVery friendly and helpful staff helped us in our successful search for a home to rent. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. The portal is great and easy to use, the handover folder is very organised and the move-in goody box a nice touch. I would definitely recommend!
