This is the second time I have used Pacitti Jones to sell my property. From the outset, their service is highly professional, friendly and true to their stated values. Shout outs to Craig, Laura, Carly and Bernadette for their guidance. This also included liaison with 3rd parties for arranging home report and photographs promptly and accurately. I would not hesitate to recommend.

As first-time buyers at a property auction, we were unfamiliar with the process. Our previous solicitor was unable to proceed as the auction purchase had not been discussed in advance, and the timeframe was extremely short. We were therefore very relieved when the team at Pacitti Jones agreed to take on our case and committed to completing the transaction within the required deadline.

Shockingly bad company. Repeatedly failed to follow up on emails and comms, impossible to get hold of, providing incorrect information in documents - shocking. Have had the displeasure of dealing with them three times now, and next time I'd choose my cat over them.

Tried to view a property in Thornwood was informed they could not get in touch with the owner and they were going to get back to me 3 weeks ago.Went to view a second flat over in Kinning Park asked for home report and factors fee’s then the fun began The phone call person I spoke to did not have a clue about the flat except that it could not be viewed until Monday 17:15 due to tenants moving out. Next call I was informed that the fee’s were £100 a month I did think this was expensive ( we pay less in the west end ) was informed it was that to pay off a previous bill ? There is a retention / dispute about repairs needing done but was told it was minimal asked if it was minimal why was there a dispute ? Got back saying around £800 per property. Drive 2 hours to go see the flat ( was told to be punctual ) so turned up early there were a couple there to view it as well. They said it was not for them, I liked the flat had a good look, happy days, got home my wife had received an email at 15:30 to say it was going to a closing date on Friday, next day they called me, I said I liked the flat,they informed me about the Friday closing date. I asked why they told me they had received a call late Monday evening by the vendor to go for a Friday closing date. When I pointed out that we received an email at 15:30 same day they waffled away some story. Totally unprofessional on two occasions they wasted 5 hours of my time. Totally raging. Never Again.

Everyone at Pacitti Jones demonstrated to be professional and meticulous problem-solvers as well as communicative, keeping us updated at every step of the process. We felt like they were on our side and determined that we could get our new home as soon as possible. TrustpilotThe Worst Letting Agents in the Universe
This company do not care about tenants at all. We have leased from them for three years and one day our front door lock had broken. It took them two weeks to get a locksmith out. In the meantime I had excuses like 'you changed your phone number'(which I did) but they had both our emails and my wife's number which they didn't bother to use. We pay on time, keep the house lovely, but any time there is something we need or that needs doing to the house, they just don't give a .......... it's freezing tonight (Nov 18th) and the boiler keeps giving a fault code, no hot water or heating and no emergency line for pacitti jones, because tenants are just there to give them money. It's going to be a cold night, I just hope they can get a plumber quicker than they got a locksmith. DO NOT RENT FROM PACITTI JONES, if you are a good tenant who requires minimum service and some help when requested.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Went for viewing and asked if we could look at the garden and the agent said sure I’ll just lock up. We were expecting him to follow and then saw his car drive off - he literally just left us standing in the back garden and didn’t even say goodbye. I was speechless. Then I called right after the viewing and asked if a verbal offer could be put to the seller before getting my solicitor to formally put it in writing. Heard nothing for the rest of that day or the following day so i called to chase it up and was told they hadn’t been able to speak to their client yet. It’s now 3 days later and I’ve still had no contact, so I will no longer be making an offer on the property. It’s a shame for the seller, I beleive they already had an offer fall through which is why it’s back on the market, but having an agent this unprofessional is not going to get the desired outcome.
