TrustpilotGreat Experience
I made a lot of enquiries with different Estate Agents when looking to sell my home. Pacitti Jones stood out and Shona in particular because of how simple she made the process and the level of communication I received at every step. We had multiple enquiries and the flat was sold within a week. I couldn't have been happier with how it went.

GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure of working with Pacitti Jones on a few occasions now, purchasing two homes through them and also using their services to sell, and each experience has been excellent. From start to finish, the team has been professional, approachable, and supportive. Buying and selling property fr the first time can often feel overwhelming, but Pacitti Jones made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special mention has to go to Karri, Lewis, Lesley-Anne, and Carmen. Each of them brought a high level of customer service, clear communication, and genuine care throughout our journey. They were always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep everything moving. Their attention to detail and commitment really stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pacitti Jones to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Their team goes above and beyond, and we’re grateful for the fantastic service we’ve received.

TrustpilotPacittijones gave outstanding service
Pacittijones gave realistic advice about salability and pricing that helped us secure a higher price than we had expected for our property. Their sales team were the most determined and proactive I have ever worked with on a sale and definitely speeded the whole process up. They were a pleasure to do business with from start to finish!

GoogleThe PJ team have been fantastic. I've used them to purchase 2 homes, and sell 1, as well as for other personal legal matters. They've always been very friendly, professional and organized. Particularly with selling our home / buying a new home recently, they've made the whole process as painless as possible and given us lots of great advice. I always felt like they only wanted us to take decisions that were in our best interests as clients, and didn't push us to try and accept offers that might have made their lives easier. Will use again in future for sure.

TrustpilotVery unethical
Beyond disappointed with Pacitti Jones as I was a long term tenant in a west end property when I became able to look to buy. Three times I asked separate agents to ask the landlord if they would be interested in selling to open a discussion as I would love to buy the property. Eventually found one locally to buy rather than continuing to pay rent. However not long after I left, the property was sold (off market to a property developer) and now ‘developed’ and upgraded, for sale and at an over inflated price. There is definitely internal conflicts of interest with this company. Unethical goings on are obvious and are not so subtle where profit supersedes tennents/purchasers circumstances.

TrustpilotIncorrect legal documents provided and weeks later the incorrect lease is still being emailed daily to me for signing despite me having later signed a corrected version of the lease
I would stronly advise against using this company. I have used them twice over the past few years and on BOTH occasions there were errors in the lease which had to be corrected - e.g. incorrect bank details for payment of the rent due to not asking where rent should be paid into. This was revelaed when I received the incorrect leases for electronic signing, and they had to be corrected. Weeks later they are STILL sending me DAILY copies of the incorrect lease for electronic signing, despite me calling them 4 separate times to get them to stop sending these. It has been impossible to get them to cancel this. I would not be happy to use a company with such a lax attitude to ensuring legal documents are correct and incorrect documents are not repeatedly sent out with a request for signing.

TrustpilotShona - Dennistoun Branch Manager
Shona - Branch Manager at Dennistoun - recently acted as selling agent for me. I was very impressed by her friendly, polite manner and proactive approach in securing a sale. Shona and all her colleagues were always very quick to respond to queries, and Shona herself kept me notified at all stages. I very much appreciate the assistance throughout the process, and the result they achieved for me.

GoogleRecently sold our property through Pacitti Jones and went with the in-house solicitors. Very happy with the service. Special thanks to Karri Henderson who guided me through the process with knowledge and patience. A few external issues at the end but Karri handled them professionally and the sale went smoothly. Many thanks!

TrustpilotFabulous team to sell your property
This team is amazing from start to finish! The full team is so nice and helpful and nothing is too much. They are supportive and give unbias information to help you make decisions about your property. They keep you up to date about your property eve though they have a client portal which gives the same information which I feel gives a better around experience. I would definitely request their support in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone else wanting to sell their property, the team are fantastic!

The communication and standard of professionalism was first class. Shona, our point of contact, was always available to answer any questions and offer advice.
