The staff at Pacitti Jones Burnside were all really friendly and helped guide me through my first house sale from start to finish. They sorted everything for me from the marketing and sale of my previous property to the purchase of my new property, which made the whole process so simple with it all being dealt with under the one roof. My previous property was very successful at closing date thanks to Paul and the marketing team at Burnside, receiving well over home report. I cannot thank Tracey and her team enough (Paul, Lucy, Amy and Elspeth to name a few) and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell/purchase a property in South Lanarkshire.

We recently sold our flat via Pacitti Jones Dennistoun and we highly recommend. From the get go, with Paul visiting and his evaluation through to the seamless Home report arrangements and marketing, the service and care was great. Shona and her team were incredible. Every day Shona or one the team updated and made sure everything was clear - really excellent communication. The on-line portal works brilliantly - easy to access and use and keeps you updated with all correspondence. We asked Pacitti Jones to take care of viewings, which again worked brilliantly, as the team are all on hand and local. Even after the sale, Shona stayed in contact to help and support, which was really invaluable. The terms of contract and pricing were also very competitive and we would highly recommend Shona and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in the local area.

Having worked with Estate agents for over 30 years in both UK and the US we found Shona and her team at Pacitti Jones to be the best we've ever used. Their knowledge of the local market and how to get the best price for your house is remarkable. We can attest to that having just sold using them. In addition to their professionalism and knowledge you get a very competitive fee and a genuine professional photographer who produces fantastic listing pictures. An added bonus is Pacitti's easy to use online portal which shows your listing, upcoming viewer schedules, feedback from previous viewers and the number of views your listing is getting on Rightmove.

Have given a five star review to Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun as I could not fault the service provided when selling my mother's flat recently. All staff were very professional and helpful and made the process very straightforward . A special mention to Shona who was super efficient, professional and friendly and kept me up to date at all times with multiple offers made with frequent courtesy calls and was available at all times to answer any queries I had. All the viewings were arranged by them and was kept up to date on the online portal and also updates by Shona. A great price was obtained and was extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a property to sell and be confident that a great customer service will be provided by all the team.

I contacted Pacittijones by online form and by telephone looking for information on a sale 10 years ago as couldn't find the relevant documentation I needed following separation and house move. Both members of staff I dealt with could not have been more helpful and thanks to their speedy response, I have the information I needed within 24 hours. Please give HUGE thanks to Lorraine (online) and Lucy from the Glasgow West End Branch. Their efficiency, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation incredibly easy to resolve.

Pacitti Jones in Glasgow has some dubious fellows. When I rented an apartment through them in the G12 area, I was told they had renovations to make and will be done as soon as possible; but once I moved in, nothing was done. Rather, one of them asked me to report breakdowns that preceded my moving into the house. My family and I lived in the apartment for 13 horrible months, paying £1650 monthly in a single-glazed flat. Winter of that year was terrible for us. A lot of things in the flat were not working properly; the blinds in the lounge were not fixed for more than six months after we moved in, making it difficult to sit there during the day. To add salt to the injury, when we moved out, this company connived with the dubious landlord to scratch the window pane, when all attempts to claim our deposit failed, with the intention to claim £1200 of the £2000 deposit. But Safe Deposits refused to accept their lies. Even the £150 awarded to them for cleaning was what I am sure they did not deserve, as we found faeces in the toilet seat and my wife spent 2 hours cleaning the dirt in the washing machine. I'm not making an unfounded review here; I still have many pictures and videos of what the flat looked like when we moved in. I don't know of any other cities, but if you plan to do any business with Pacittijones Glasgow, think twice.

Everyone I dealt with at Pacitti Jones were helpful and professional, to make house selling and buying as painless as possible. They kept in touch with me as needed and on a regular basis and were able to explain any terms and processes I didn't understand. They dealt with selling and buying at the same for me which helped reduce a lot of stress and need for communication between companies. This is the second time I have used PJ for property exchange and would recommend to others.
