I went for a property than they not say was a repossession … all damadged than the day to do a offert the value increase of 10.000£ and when I ask for a loot legal Info on the property everyone disappear they only want cash buyer than all they’re company of mortgage contact me to try to move my choice on property 4 time more expensive I not racomande at all. They was not professional at all

Rooooll up! Rooooll up!! the circus is in town! Ashford town! This branch and service is so bad you would think you are being set up on candid camera to test your patience with all the errors.Forgot keys to the house for viewings, got calls to ask for feedback on viewing MY OWN HOUSE, sign placed outside my home when instructed not to for personal reasons.No response to emails , oh and feedback from people who cancelled and feedback a week AHEAD of a viewing! wow crystal balls really do exist! Terrible advert got the description wrong and did not change it and even argued about the lay out of my own home! Avoid them like a disease! two months of hell with them. So Mann.. Your’e Fired!!

Avoid North End branch of this outfit if they refer you to use their Solicitor based 100 miles away, Convey Law Ltd who will pay them an introduction fee, they are useless and will probably leave my tenant who is trying to buy a property homeless. Because this firm of referred solicitor by Mann and Co who have now washed their hands of the situation . It will know doubt leave my tenant will a larger bill.

GoogleI was very happy that I went with Mann & co. I knew the branch manager James which made me feel at ease but that’s not why I’m writing this review. They handled the sale of my property brilliantly even as we had a few ups and downs with my buyer. I can not fault them at all. The office staff were great & if I had any questions or needed advice, I would email or call them and nothing was too much of a problem. Would highly recommend these guys to anybody 👍PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Please do not even consider using Mann Countrywide for your property. Mine was completely trashed by a tenant with Mann Countrywide supposedly acting as my managing agents. Even worse, I found that the guarantor, accepted by Mann was an Irish citizen, so I can’t sue for repairs. They are without doubt the most ineffective, uncaring and unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. Stay clear!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WE RECEIVED BY A LETTING AGENT. MANN COUNTRY-WIDE LETTING SPECIFICALLY WOOLICH AND MANAGER FAWAZ DA SILVA (LETTINGS MANAGER ) AND MICHEAL IBE (LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR). WE LEFT A DEPOSIT WITH THE AGENCY AND WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT IF THE LANDLORD PULLED OUT OF THE AGREEMENT. WITH A SURPLUS OF EVIDENCE SUPPLIED CONSISTING OF PROOF OF CCJ DISACOSIATION AND PROOF OF AFFORDABILITY. ACCORDING TO HOME-LET THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDED WAS SUFFICIENT ENOUGH HOWEVER MANN COUNTRY IS REFUSING TO SHARE REASONS AS TO WHY THEY DO WANT TO PROCESS OUR APPLICATION ALTHOUGH SHOWING ELIGIBILITY. WE ARE SEEKING A FULL REFUND THAT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK.

TrustpilotPoor communication and mismanagement of flat
Dealing with this estate agent was an absolute nightmare. The complaints department was no help at all, with everyone giving me different information. I never wanted to become a landlord; I only did it because I couldn't sell my flat when I needed to move. The letting agent assured me they would take excellent care of my property, but that was far from the truth. They found a tenant with antisocial behavior, resulting in numerous complaints from the estate management about the tenant smoking weed and playing loud music at night. The letting agent did nothing to address these issues. They failed to inform me of damages and didn't chase the rent, which was consistently late. I had to follow up with them every month. Despite paying a full service fee, all they did was collect money. They misled me throughout the process. On the day the tenant was moving out, they called to say they had forgotten to send me the notice the previous month. They also wrongly deducted money for a rental extension, which I would never have agreed to if I had known the tenant was leaving. To make matters worse, the same agency helped this problematic tenant find a new flat, despite knowing about the complaints, late payments, damages, and unpaid rent. The complaints department was no better, merely covering for themselves instead of taking responsibility. Avoid this estate agent at all costs.

GoogleI have recently let a property with the help of Jake and Stacey after an extensive search in the area. They were by far the most responsive - Stacey contacted me within minutes of an inquiry sent via a third party website and providing a video viewing that same afternoon. On meeting Jake for a live viewing I found him professional, well presented, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Willing to genuinely help by providing expert insight and helpful as we have progressed. Would definitely recommend them as agents based on this experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI needed to find a property close to my family in Gosport whilst I was living out of the area. To be honest I was already proceeding with another property close to the vicinity but with another agent. This was simply because of the location, not for any reason of choosing a better agent or not. However, number 21 came up whilst I was considering the other property, but there were some issues with the other agent that I was not happy with. I approached your office and took up conversation with Kieran Heather (as I now know). I found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and without being pushy. I say this as I had been in the financial sector for over 35 years and had come across Mann & Co numerous times in the past and was never impressed. However, I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail, his helpfulness and without criticism of the other agent but positive that he could help me achieve the aim of finding the right property at the right price and condition. Needless to say, the rest is history, as I moved into number 21 but the paperwork and the support I received meant that we had completed on the tenancy in less then 2 weeks. Kieran, has always been friendly but professional and I would not hesitate, as I already have done so, recommend the office but more importantly Kieran to assist in anyone who wishes to rent a property in the Gosport area. He is an asset to your company and branch and feel that he should be commended for being so. Too many people are quick to judge and criticise but I feel that it is important to praise and encourage those that carry out a good job and are prepared to go over and above their position. I wish to thank him for making a sensitive situation that I found myself in, much easier and less painful then it could have been

One of the worst estate agents I have ever encountered. I was given an appointment to view a property, but a day before, I received a message stating that it's sold. Despite that, I received another call seven days later, claiming the same property is back on the market and scheduling a second appointment. I requested an early appointment, but they couldn't accommodate due to the landlord's unavailability, forcing me to reschedule other commitments, including childcare. To my dismay, I received a call on the same day of the viewing, informing me that the property is now sold. Beware of this estate agent if you're selling your house; their professionalism is questionable.

Not happy for mann of Northend. I found the lady very pushing . She was aggressive when I told her the house was not suitable for me. Customer service was bad I feel sorry for vendor . to get in argument in front of vendor will not be use for the sale of my house buy from them

We were looking for a place and they not only tried to keep us up to date with any of the properties on the market that matched that but also tried to make all the viewings together when they could. We've really happy with how quickly we moved in following the last tenant, weren't sat twiddling our thumbs because paperwork hadn't been done.
