From a tenant perspective, Reeds Rains is probably one of the best estate agency I have used. They are friendly and always responsive regarding repairing etc. I believe that they care of the landlord as well, as they inspect the property every three months. I would like to use them to rent and manage my own property.

The customer service I received from Reeds Rains Gosforth as a first time buyer was fantastic. Both Alan Lowdon and Michelle Mutch were proactive in keeping me informed of progress throughout the process, and as to next steps I had to take. So friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.

A very unpleasant experience with this agent. I wouldn’t recommend at all as they try to steal your money with no valid claims. I haven’t received any inventory check when I moved in and when I checked out they sent me tens of photos claiming that there’s damage in the property, which are absolutely not my fault. They are simply cunningly dishonest .... After waiting for five months, I got all my deposit back from the dispute committee.

I met with 4 estate agents before choosing Reeds Rains to sell my mother’s house. They handled the viewing, with 4 within 48 hours of the property being marketed, 3 of which produced offers. When our original buyer withdrew, the property was re-advertised, again quickly resulting in an offer, which we accepted. Although the subsequent sale was drawn out, this was due to delays by the buyer. I was kept informed by Alan and Danielle throughout, with some timely help from Jayne when delays crept in and would be happy to recommend Reeds Rains Gosforth to anyone thinking of selling their property.
