I'd like to share my experience with Chris Blythman at Reeds Rains Gosforth. Right from the first day I met him, Chris made every effort to sort out any issues I had with my property. He would always go over and above to ensure that my queries and complaints are resolved, making my renting experience blissful. Recently Chris had to help again, and had a chance meeting with my teenage son who cannot stop saying how kind and helpful Chris was. My son is awestruck, and I think Chris is an all round great guy! Reeds Rains, you have an employee that is worth his weight in platinum. If he were my employee, I'd do everything to keep him working with me so he's not snapped up by another company. I think Chris deserves both a promotion and a pay rise for being an excellent lettings negotiator.

We have sold two houses through Reeds Rains, one just recently. I would never go anywhere else if I needed an agent again. The service we received was second to none and I have to give credit where it is due to Alan Lowden. Alan is excellent at his job, very professional and nothing is too much trouble, Alan is very friendly and I had complete trust in him. The rest of the team are also excellent whenever we needed any help or information they were all helpful. We appreciated the constructive advice given at the point we were deciding on which estate agency to use, the advice given on the market value was the most accurate in view of the price we eventually sold it for. Our experience of dealing with the staff in the office was extremely good; professional and friendly, our main interaction once the house was on the market was very positive. We were notified of viewings although not always given feedback without specifically requesting it. The only time we were not notified of a visit was when the eventual buyer’s surveyor attended the address, we found out via the next door neighbour. From the point where we received offers from 2 prospective buyers the Sales Negotiator used her experience and skill to guide us through the process which resulted in best and final offers. We were delighted to receive the full original asking price for the property.
