We appreciated the constructive advice given at the point we were deciding on which estate agency to use, the advice given on the market value was the most accurate in view of the price we eventually sold it for. Our experience of dealing with the staff in the office was extremely good; professional and friendly, our main interaction once the house was on the market was very positive. We were notified of viewings although not always given feedback without specifically requesting it. The only time we were not notified of a visit was when the eventual buyer’s surveyor attended the address, we found out via the next door neighbour. From the point where we received offers from 2 prospective buyers the Sales Negotiator used her experience and skill to guide us through the process which resulted in best and final offers. We were delighted to receive the full original asking price for the property.

I was nervous to rent my property but so glad I decided to rent through Reeds Rains. From day one, they have been so helpful, going above and beyond to help me out and ease my anxiety about the whole process. Phil was particularly wonderful - he sorted everything out for me and kept me informed of everything that was needed/done at the property prior to viewings. When I emailed for updates, Adam was also swift to respond. I also sorted my insurance through the company recommended by Reeds Rains and they too were very efficient and professional. I went from being really anxious about renting to being so excited about the tenant moving in. Would highly recommend!

It wasn’t the easiest of sales with various issues along the between solicitors etc. But I have to say the team at Reeds Rains, in particularly Phil, Jane, Alan and Danielle were excellent at reassuring us re the various issues we experienced along the way, and we’re absolutely fantastic at chasing solicitors and communicating with us keep us up to date. We received a professional service from the start to the end of the process to rent a property through Reeds Rains. Phil was very knowledgeable when it came the properties he was showing us, on time, very polite, professional and reliable. We were then liaising with Nichola who took us through the contracts, getting the keys arranged and was able to answer any questions we had for her 'on the spot'. I was initially with Your Move but due to a store closure I was passed to Reeds Rains. The service from Your Move was excellent so I was bit sceptical with the forced change over. Those reservations were quickly squashed. The communication from both Danielle and Alan was exceptional. They kept me up to date at every step and were on hand for any assistance.
