GoogleThis may be a new business but they aren’t new to this business! From the first contact Scott and his team were very welcoming, understanding yet professional. They offered advice and kept in touch regularly making communication a high priority. Scott was well prepared ahead of the viewings and had several organised for when the property was ready to be viewed which gave us confidence that the property would sell reasonably quickly. We had an accepted offer within the week. Yes, we would definitely recommend HSH Estate Agents for anyone looking for a service with your interests at heart! Thank you all!!

Scott valued the property a while ago and once I was ready to sell, I called, and Scott had the property on the market by the next day. As soon as the property went live, Scott & Shona had plenty of viewers arranged and made sure I was kept posted on the activity. Having experience in working in the property industry, I have extremely high expectations and Scott & Shona more than delivered on their promise. They had managed to agree an offer on my property less than 48 hours of the property going live. I did not have to do anything apart from make the call to say that I am ready to market, and everything was taking care of for me. Asides from the fact that I am delighted with how efficient the process was from the start, I know that Scott & Shona both have their client’s best interest at heart and give it their all to provide a top-class service. I already recommend Home Sweet Homes to all my clients who are thinking about selling because I know they will receive a fantastic service from a family run business, with fixed fees and no hidden costs, which can be a rarity. GoogleWe have experience over the years of numerous Estate Agents, sadly up till now, none would be on our Christmas card list. However our most recent experience has been very different. We firstly purchased our property through this company, the viewing experience was exceptional, good honest information from someone who knew the property. The sale went through timely with good support from this agent. We found ourselves some 12 months later needing to sell and move area. Once again the agent gave us honest information to promote our home for sale. Only 3 weeks into the sale we accepted an offer and the sale process began. Sadly our buyers solicitor was not being efficient and our Estate Agent took control and guided the sale through by constantly communicating with all parties. It is well documented that a house sale is extremely stressful, it is, but would have been far worse without this team.

GoogleWe have just recently brought our first property through James and James and they have made the process so smooth for us. In particular Aaron who kept us up to date throughout and always had time for our endless questions! He chased solicitors for us and always kept us in the loop and checked in regularly which we really appreciated after previously having a bad experience with estate agents. I would highly recommend James and James and we will definitely be using them for when we come to sell our property.
