GoogleJames and James estate agents are amazing. Brought our first home from them in December 2022. First viewed the flat in September 2022 and picked up keys on 19th December. Thank you so much Aaron for your amazing work chasing everything up and to the rest of the team that helped us finalise whilst Aaron was away. When we walked into james and james to collect keys Aaron was suprised it went theough so quockly but that was thanks to him and the amazing team . GoogleSlowest estate agents we have dealt with, acting agent never available, to answer calls, nor coming back, we are in a chain with them, would suggest think twice before proceeding, now we are stuck and 5 months on and no end in sight!

GoogleNothing short of fantastic. We were new to looking in the area and came with previous stressful experiences of failed purchases, however these guys are the smooth operators of Worthing. Detailed property brochure, viewing booked quickly and offer accepted within a few days. Whole team were very responsive to calls and emails, but had to give Nick a mention for being a pleasure to deal with, helping us with any enquires and helping us beat our move-in deadline. Thank you! Will be working with them when we come to move whenever that time comes.
